Talking About Teaching for Social Justice (2021)

A presentation on how a service design methodology can inform researchers/designers through a variety of processes from observations, in-depth interviews, empathy mapping etc. By following these processes, it enables a designer to be able to unearth key points and empathise with user needs.

In this case, how augmented reality is perceived by teachers as a platform for good or bad, as well as addressing a unbalanced level playing field when making comparisons between schools. How does this impact on the digital divide? Where do the barriers arise when contemplating AR for adoption within schools.
