We aim to explore the effectiveness of using augmented reality to engage young pupils in primary science. Our core team comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds, each offering their unique expertise to the project. From developers and senior leadership to science educators and computer specialists, we bring together a wealth of knowledge and skills. Of course, our most important contributors are the Key Stage 2 pupils who actively shape the project's direction.
This research project is made possible through funding from an EPIC MegaGrant and collaborative efforts with key stakeholders including EBOR Academy Trust, York St John University, GDXR Studios, Garthwest, Sonas Audio, ClickView, and the Centre for Industry Education Collaboration.
